Jeff began his real estate career in 1986 as an appraiser in San Diego, California. Over the past 36 years Jeff has covered nearly every real estate market in San Diego, Imperial and Riverside Counties. From the Pacific Ocean to the Colorado River and everything in between. It is this level of real estate experience - seeing real estate through the eyes of an appraiser - that sets Jeff apart from the others. But it is not only this knowledge that serves his clients beyond that of the ordinary real estate professional, it is his willingness to work harder and smarter for you.
Since 1998, Jeff has called the community of Cuyamaca in Julian, California his home. In 2003 Jeff and his family lost two homes to the Cedar Fire. Rising from the ashes of the experience -- the rebuilding of two homes -- Jeff gained valuable experience as an owner-builder. From planning and permitting to framing and finishing, it is this knowledge of home building which few real estate professionals possess. His insight is unequaled.
Jeff's motto has always been "do more for less". Value is everything. Jeff firmly believes that preparation - not only staging the home - but preemptively inspecting and repairing a property, are among the most important areas of any listing or sale. Jeff actively works on properties he lists. Whether it is a matter of basic clean-up, renewing and refreshing landscaping or identifying and fixing minor repairs - Jeff firmly believes in helping clients improve value.
