She purchased a vacant lot at age 23, built her first home at 25, and cleverly designed it so she could rent out half—allowing her tenant’s rent to cover the mortgage. Through the years, she expanded her portfolio using 1031 exchanges, diversified into out-of-state markets, and most recently added an Airbnb investment in North Carolina’s Outer Banks.
Her roots run even deeper through her involvement in a family farming and ranching partnership in North Dakota, giving her firsthand understanding of rural property ownership and land management.

Allison embodies the adventurous spirit of the backcountry. She enjoys travel, hiking, skiing, fishing, water skiing, and kayaking. Just last year, while skiing at Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, she realized she was the oldest woman in the lodge—yet still out on the mountain, embracing every run with enthusiasm.
In the 1980s, she earned her private pilot’s license, flying the family Cessna 206 across the United States, Mexico, and even to the Bahamas. Her love for adventure and resilience carries into everything she does.
